Prof. Dharmendra Makwani, Co-Founder and Managing Director at EduMitra Global Consultant, he is a post graduate in management from the early years of K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, with a basic degree in engineering from the University of Bombay. He has accumulated multifarious functional experiences in the investment domain over twenty five years. His association with reputed business houses in India was a pleasant and rewarding journey in his professional career. With over 25 years of functional experience in financial sector in various roles and different categories including debt market dealing, research analysis, product designing, wealth management, portfolio review, marketing of financial products and forex dealing. He is associated with premier financial institutes as a finance faculty for subjects like; Derivatives and Risk Management, Portfolio Management and Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Strategic Financial Management and Treasury Management. Strong knowledge in the areas of research, debt market, forex market, equity market, mutual fund, international business and corporate relations. Extensive experience in institutional sales for achieving Asset Under Management (AUM). Published many financial articles in local newspapers, journals and magazines.

Harish Aswani- IT Strategy and Digital Transformation
Harish Aswani, with 34 years of experience, is a technocrat specializing in SAP implementation, mobile apps, and AI-driven data visualization. Certified as a Global CIO from ISB Hyderabad and DSCI Cyber Security Strategist, he excels in managing SAP ECC 6.0 and Oracle EBS projects in industries like manufacturing . Successful implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 as Head of IT in Genus Power Infrastructure, HPL India and Okaya power projects in industries like manufacturing. As Head of IT at Okaya Power, he led SAP S/4 HANA migration and CRM-mobile app integration, boosting efficiency. Dr. Anil Matai - Ophthalmology Expert
Dr. Anil Matai joined Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital (SDMH) as an Honorary Consultant in 1986 and currently heads the Department of Ophthalmology. A pioneer in establishing the ophthalmology setup at SDMH, he has been instrumental in its development and continuous enhancement over the past 35 years.
With over 35 years of distinguished experience, Dr. Matai has performed more than 15,000 cataract surgeries with exceptional success. His expertise extends to advanced procedures including phacoemulsification, trabeculectomy, squint correction, globe repair, and keratoplasty, which he has mastered over a long and illustrious career.
He is also noted for his role as one of the founders of the Jaipur Ophthalmological Society (JOS) and has received a Gold Medal for the best paper presented at the Rajasthan Ophthalmic Society Conference. In 2019, Dr. Matai was conferred the Chikitsa Vibhushan award by the Rajasthan Medical Council for his extraordinary contributions to ophthalmology, cementing his reputation as a leading figure in the field.

They won many prestigious awards during their academic journey in IIT Bombay. Beburst was born from the shared vision of both. Mr. S. K. Dutta is a seasoned finance and legal professional with over 30 years of diversified experience across large corporates, financial institutions, private equity, and high-growth start-ups. His extensive career has enabled him to develop deep expertise in finance, treasury, commercial strategy, regulatory governance, business modelling, legal compliance, and corporate secretarial functions.
He has held senior leadership roles across Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity funds, and major Indian conglomerates, bringing a unique combination of strategic insight and hands-on execution. His academic credentials include FCIMA (London), FICWA, FCS, LLB, LLM, MBA, ACTM, and MA (Economics), and he is also an alumnus of IIM, giving him a comprehensive foundation in financial management, law, governance, and business strategy.
Mr. Dutta possesses strong domain knowledge in regulations, corporate law, derivatives, loan restructuring and swapping, securitisation structures, and raising equity and debt capital. He has significant experience in fund structuring, including setting up investment vehicles in Mauritius.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with reputed institutions such as True North Private Equity, ESSAR, WELSPUN, KEPL, Shriram Transport Finance, SREI, ACC, SAIL, and emerging ventures like LivFin and Disha Microfin.
He played a pivotal role in building a tech-enabled Supply Chain Finance NBFC at LivFin India (SAR Group), establishing a robust digital lending and risk architecture.
During his tenure as CFO at True North (AUM USD 8.85 billion), Mr. Dutta successfully acquired and merged two microfinance entities from Ahmedabad and Chittoor, which later evolved into Fincare Small Finance Bank. The institution recently achieved a significant milestone through its acquisition by AU Small Finance Bank, reflecting the long-term impact of the transformation he helped drive.
